For as long as I can remember there have always been books in my life. First it started with Mom reading to us every night and then, when I could read by myself, I discovered the second most wonderful place to be, the library! I grew up in a small town so the library wasn't that big. I think I pretty well exhausted their supply of reading material by the time I left and went to college.

With college came learning and, even better, a bigger library and a job where I could earn money and start my own library. Having my own personal library was wonderful as I always had a book to read, new or an old favorite, but boxing, moving, and finding space for all those books has become a real challenge. Then I discovered the Kindle. My new favorite friend. I can have thousands of books all in one neat little package that is easy to hold and carry with me.

If you couldn't tell by now, I like to read. I really, really like to read. Second thing is I love to share good books with friends.
